I started making pasta as a child standing beside my grandmother Josephine eagerly watching step by step. Eventually she let me begin to help her and that’s when I became totally fascinated. Over the years, I have accomplished mastering the art of working on a crank style machine producing a delicious tasting pasta product, one that is a far cry from the box!
Instilled with this love of the kitchen, I became degreed in Home Economics with a concentration in foods and nutrition. Teaching cooking to high school students was rewarding and fulfilled my passion for the importance of life skills. Fast forward that and now my cooking emphasizes my Italian heritage and I encourage you to venture into my “classroom “and experience this hands on lesson. Once you tie on your monogrammed apron, you’re all set to begin this adventure.
In addition to pasta, there’s always room for dessert! I offer the well known Italian biscotti classes and other sweets or customized a class of your choice. Lots of options!
I hope you’ll take this culinary trip with me to experience the joy of home cooking as well as having a fun, social, and rewarding experience.
