“Linda is the best. She goes above and beyond the cooking end to make it an afternoon you will remember forever! She’s a gem.”

“Linda’s pasta class is a win-win-win-win! I got to hang out with friends, learn how to make spaghetti and sauce, taste homemade spaghetti, and bring home the spaghetti I made myself. She even made a personalized apron for each of us. It’s so much more fun than just going out to lunch like we’ve done a million times. But beware: the boxed pasta I’ve used for years has since lost all appeal.”

“Thank you, Linda! I am still marveling about how six ingredients: eggs, flour salt, tomatoes, garlic and oil can taste so satisfying! And that I can twirl it!”

“We love your classes! The end results were so delicious and definitely worth it. It is such a treat to spend an afternoon with you learning and laughing.”

“OMGOSH! That was SO MUCH FUN! Thank you Lulu!”

“The homemades were a hit!”

“The experience did not disappoint. I have been to two of Linda’s classes. The first time was with a friend “just for fun” and we learned how to make good old-fashioned pasta, mixing a few ingredients together on the counter and then enjoying an upper body workout with the kneading! We got to transform just a few ingredients into the best pasta dinner my family has ever eaten. The second time I went to Linda’s, I was part of a class. She used her love of home economics to set the stage beautifully: monogrammed aprons, workstations organized with all ingredients and tools needed, and the dining table welcomingly set for the pasta we would get to try before going home. Again, we transformed a few ingredients into the best pasta ever (direct words from my family). It is so much more than making pasta though. I felt like I was transported to Italy when families and friends gather to work together in the kitchen. We were given such clear instructions (perfect for novices and experts alike) – all with praise and humor. I personally loved using the hand crank machine to cut the pasta sheets into fettuccine (my friends chose spaghetti), but anyone who preferred using the KitchenAid machine could do that instead. Seeing the counter filled end-to-end with our drying pasta was fabulous. She also taught us her family’s gravy recipe, which we made, and then got to sample with a little of our cooked pasta before leaving. Our mini meal ended with Linda’s famous biscotti. It truly is a special way to spend the afternoon: it’s not just learning how to make homemade spaghetti or fettuccine; it’s more about how Linda brings people together to make the time special – all of her special touches and the warmth and humor she adds to the whole thing. For the afternoon, you feel like you are part of one wonderful Italian family.”
